This week was truly a wonderful week. I won't bore you with all of the details, but there were many great opportunities for me to learn and have fun this past week. There was the Doxology and Theology Conference that I got to attend, which was very insightful. I also got to meet Matt Boswell (if y'all know who that is), which was a cool opportunity. This week we also had "Thanksmas" which is a combination Thanksgiving/Christmas celebration for us college students. Although I'm learning a lot and having a ton of fun, I'm ready to be almost home.

Boyce College does accelerated 13-week semesters, which enables us to be done with classes before Thanksgiving. Yup, that's right, I'll be home from after Thanksgiving until I go back for the spring semester. Not only that, but most of my exams are take-home projects or papers, so I'll be able to go deer hunting this weekend and not miss the thrill of that wonderful family tradition (my last day of actual classes is Thursday). I'm so excited to be almost home.

I truly miss so many of you. Although I will deffinitely miss being here, I'm ready to be back at Calvary, back at Culver's, and back at home. I can't wait to see "y'all."

Prayer Requests..

  • Academic Strength. I desire to finish strong, but there's a lot to get done. Be praying that I might push through until the end and get done all that needs to get done.

  • Trust in God. This is the opposite of anxiety, which has certainly present lately with all of the schoolwork.

I'm keeping the update short this week because I have much to do. However, I will be home soon, and I will see you all! Praise the Lord!
